1. Custom Design and Sample Development
We support you can provide us with your own design files or sending us original samples with adjustments advice, or based on our existing design and specifications. We will based on your demand and provide our suggestions on design, size specs, yarn, color, workmanship, etc.
2. Custom Yarn Material
More than 50 kinds of yarn are available, such as 100% cotton, cotton acrylic, cotton viscose, viscose nylon Rayon nylon, Cashmere, wool, merino wool, lambs wool and wool mixed, mohair, alpaca, angora and their mixed yarn, Tencel, Silk, linen, metallic, and so on. Based on your design, we'll recommend premium and suitable yarn material for your reference. We can provide custom yarn solutions for nearly any design.
3. Custom Color & Size
After confirming the kind of yarn, we will send you color card to choose. If the color you need is not in the card, just send us images or Pantone number. We can dye whatever colors you want-from standard to unique colors. You can provide us with your own design size chart. If you don't have a size chart, our masters can provide you with size recommendations for your country according to your design. Work with many international brands so we knew the sizes for different designs.
4. CUSTOM LOGO&LABEL & TAG
We are offering custom LOGO service, including hang tags, brand labels, washing labels, Zipper, and packages for your private label brands. LOGO style and workmanship can be made according to your requirements.
Our Requirements
We can customize any sweater, you just need to send us your design file, or tell us your ideas, we can customize the sweater for you. After receiving your request, we will reply to your request in time and get all the details from you. Make sure the quality of the sweater is what you expect.
Sample Production
After confirming all the details of the sweater, we will start to produce samples, the production time of the samples is about 7-8 days, after the samples are completed, we will take pictures for you to confirm and then send to you via DHL/UPS, Please contact us if you need to modify the sample after receiving it.
Mass Production
When it is confirmed that the sample clothes are exactly as you expect, we will make sweaters in batches through a powerful production line. In addition, we will keep you updated with the production progress. Make sure every step is what you expected.
Quality Inspection
To be able to ensure that all sweaters are of the expected quality. Our strict and experienced quality inspection team has carried out many strict inspections and supervisions in the selection of raw materials, fabrics, craftsmanship, sewing, ironing and packaging.
