1. Overview

Thank you for choosing XSClothes, operated by Zhongshan Xingshang Garment Co., Ltd.

We specialize in OEM/ODM custom apparel manufacturing, including custom hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, denim, streetwear, sportswear, sample development and bulk production.

Because most of our products are manufactured according to customer-specific designs, measurements, materials and customization requirements, our return and refund procedures differ from those of a standard retail clothing store.

This policy applies to sample orders, custom bulk production orders and other purchases made through our website, subject to any separately agreed written manufacturing contract and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer or other statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Sample Orders

Sample orders are produced according to the customer's confirmed design and development requirements.

Before payment, customers should confirm the sample specifications, sample fee, estimated production timeline and shipping arrangements with our sales team.

Once sample development has begun, cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed according to the work completed, materials purchased, applicable written agreement and relevant law.

If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed sample order, we will discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

If a sample does not conform to the agreed specifications due to a verified manufacturing error, please contact us with supporting information so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

3. Custom Bulk Production Orders

Bulk production orders are manufactured according to approved samples or mutually agreed product specifications.

Before production begins, customers should confirm all relevant details, including:

• Product design and construction

• Fabric and material specifications

• Colors and washing effects

• Sizes, measurements and quantities

• Logos, embroidery, printing and patches

• Labels and packaging

• Pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements

Once bulk production has started, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the production stage, materials purchased, work completed, the applicable agreement and relevant law.

Changes requested after production begins may involve additional costs or revised production timelines, subject to prior agreement.

4. Returns of Customized Products

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges solely because a customer changes their mind, where permitted by applicable law and the agreed order terms.

This does not affect remedies available for defective, incorrectly manufactured or otherwise nonconforming products.

Return eligibility will be determined according to the confirmed order specifications, applicable written agreement and relevant legal requirements.

Customers should contact us before returning any products so that the issue and appropriate return arrangements can be reviewed.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We aim to manufacture products according to approved specifications and agreed quality standards.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if you believe that products are defective, damaged or inconsistent with the confirmed order.

To help us investigate, please provide:

• Order number or invoice reference

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs or videos

• Quantity of affected products

• Relevant measurements or specification details, where applicable

We will review the available evidence and may request additional information or inspection where reasonably necessary.

If a manufacturing defect or other nonconformity is confirmed, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate remedy under the applicable agreement and law.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, correction, refund or another mutually agreed solution.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances

Apparel manufacturing may involve reasonable variations in measurements, fabric texture, color appearance and finishing details.

Applicable tolerances should be defined in the approved sample, technical specifications or written manufacturing agreement.

Variations within the agreed tolerances will be evaluated according to the confirmed specifications and applicable law.

A product will not be treated as conforming merely because a variation is described as a manufacturing tolerance if it fails to meet a binding specification or legal requirement.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact our sales team as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order status, materials already purchased, development work completed, production progress and the applicable agreement.

Where a cancellation is accepted, any refund or applicable charges will be determined according to the agreed terms and documented order circumstances.

We will communicate the proposed cancellation arrangements before processing an agreed resolution.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will confirm the refund amount and processing arrangements with the customer.

Where a refund is processed through our online store, it will generally be issued to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Any deductions or nonrefundable charges must be consistent with the applicable agreement and law.

9. Shipping Costs and Return Arrangements

Responsibility for return shipping costs, customs charges and other related expenses will depend on the reason for the return, the applicable order agreement and relevant law.

If a return is required due to a confirmed manufacturing error, the parties will determine appropriate arrangements consistent with their legal and contractual obligations.

Customers should not send products back without first contacting our team and receiving return instructions.

10. Non-Customized Products

For any standard, non-customized products sold through our website, applicable return rights and conditions will be determined by the product listing, the relevant order terms and mandatory law.

Where a statutory cancellation or return right applies, it will be honored in accordance with applicable requirements.

11. Relationship With Manufacturing Agreements

For B2B manufacturing orders, specific quality requirements, inspection procedures, claim deadlines, cancellation conditions and remedies may be established in a separate written agreement.

Where a separately signed agreement conflicts with this general policy, the signed agreement will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
