1. Custom Design & Sample Development
Send us a tech pack, your design file, or even a photo of a reference piece. Our design team will map out every detail - silhouette, fit, fabric weight, colorway, and finishing technique. We don't just take orders; we collaborate. You'll review and approve each spec before we cut the first sample, so nothing gets lost in translation.
2. Fabric Selection
We offer a wide range of fabrics to suit any design – including 100% cotton, French Terry, Fleece, Jersey, Waffle, Velvet, Wool, Leather, Silk, and many more.
Based on your design requirements, we will recommend the most suitable and premium fabrics for your project. Need something specific? We can also source or develop custom fabric solutions to bring your unique vision to life.
3. Custom Logo, Crafts, Color & Size
After fabric selection, Pick from our seasonal color cards, or hand us a Pantone code and we'll custom-dye to match. For fit, share your own size chart or let our pattern makers recommend a grade based on your target market - we've fitted garments for US, EU, and Asian retail, so we know how measurements shift across regions. Logos and graphics? Choose from screen print, puff print, embroidery, applique, rhinestone, acid wash, and tie-dye. Every decoration method is done in-house.

Sample Production
With specs locked in, our sample room gets to work. Most samples ship within 7 days. You'll get studio photos first for a quick review, then the physical sample via DHL or UPS. Not quite right? We revise fast - and the first round of tweaks is always on us.
Bulk Production
After sample approval, We schedule your bulk run immediately. Our line leads send weekly progress updates with photos, so you can track your order from cut to pack. No black boxes, no surprises - just steady, visible progress.
Quality Inspection
QC happens at four stages: fabric intake, mid-production, post-wash, and pre-pack. Our inspectors check stitching density, print alignment, color consistency, sizing accuracy, and label placement. Any piece that doesn't meet spec gets pulled and reworked before it goes near a shipping box.
Timely Delivery
Production wraps on schedule. Once the balance clears, your order ships within 48 hours. We've maintained a 99% on-time delivery rate for three years running.
After‑Sales Support
Shipped doesn't mean done. We track your delivery to your door, and if anything arrives off-spec, we move fast to fix it - replacements, partial refunds, or credit toward your next run.
